Free
One screen, free for as long as you want it. A reception display, a single menu board, or a way to prove the player behaves on your hardware before you pay anything.
Simple, honest pricing
Every other digital signage platform bills you for each screen you add. Veysign includes screens in the plan, so three screens cost $9 a month rather than three times anything.
Free plan for one screen, forever. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no card is required.
All prices are in US dollars and exclude any sales tax or VAT, which is calculated at checkout based on your location. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record.
Veysign plans use the same product workflow at every tier: install the Android player, activate a screen, upload media, build a playlist, and schedule it remotely. Pricing scales through the number of screens and the size of your media library. Nothing about scheduling, offline playback, or multi-location management is held back for a higher plan.
Locations are unlimited on every plan, including Free. That matters because a second branch is the most common reason a signage bill goes up elsewhere, and it is the thing Veysign is built to handle. Annual billing costs ten months instead of twelve, and if you are moving from another platform we add two further months to that first year. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; see the Refund Policy for the 14-day money-back guarantee.

Competitor figures are each vendor's own published list rate per screen per month, captured on 1 September 2026, and exclude their volume, education, and nonprofit discounts. Prices change. Check the current rate on the vendor's pricing page before making a decision, and tell us if anything here is out of date.
Moving from another platform
An annual plan already costs ten months instead of twelve. Switch from another signage platform and we add two further months to your first annual term, so the first year runs fourteen months for the price of ten. Contact us before you subscribe so it can be applied.
Send us your current playlists and schedules and we rebuild them in Veysign for you. Your only job is installing the Android player and entering the activation code on each screen, which takes under a minute per screen.
Tell us what you are switching from and we will confirm the offer and what the migration involves before you commit to anything.
Choose by rollout size
One screen, free for as long as you want it. A reception display, a single menu board, or a way to prove the player behaves on your hardware before you pay anything.
The independent cafe, salon, clinic, or shop running two or three screens. All three screens together cost less than one screen on most per-screen platforms.
A growing operation with several rooms or a second branch. Locations are unlimited here, so a second site never costs extra.
Multi-location retail, hospitality, and healthcare. Priority support is included here, which is the tier most teams migrating from another platform land on.
A network rollout that needs central visibility, unlimited team members, and room to keep adding screens without renegotiating.

Included in the workflow
Every item below is on every plan, including Free. Higher tiers add screens, storage, and team members.
Run the dedicated player on supported Android 9+ TVs, boxes, tablets, and commercial displays.
Keep the last complete playlist playing locally while a connection is unavailable.
Target a device, group, or location and respect the location’s timezone.
Link a new player with the 6-digit code shown on its screen.
Owners and admins are emailed when a screen stops checking in, on every plan rather than as a paid add-on.
Separate ownership and administration from routine content work with role-based access.
No. Every other platform in this category bills per screen, so adding a display adds to the bill every month. Veysign includes a set number of screens in each plan for one price. Lite includes three screens for $9 a month, which works out at $3.00 per screen, and the effective rate falls as you grow: $2.38 on Starter, $1.95 on Business, and $1.58 on Pro.
Yes. The Free plan covers one screen with 2 GB of storage and unlimited locations, and it does not expire. It is the same player and the same dashboard as the paid plans, so you can confirm the software behaves on your hardware before paying anything. Every paid plan also starts with a 14-day free trial and no card is required.
No. Locations are unlimited on every plan including Free. A second branch, a third clinic, or a tenth store costs nothing extra, because the only thing that determines your plan is the number of screens and the size of your media library.
Two things. We add two extra months to your first annual plan, on top of the two months an annual term already saves you against paying monthly. And we help with the migration itself: rebuilding your playlists and schedules in Veysign so you are only responsible for pairing the screens. Contact us before you subscribe so the offer can be applied.
Yes. Account owners can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel through the Billing page and customer portal. Screens keep playing their downloaded content through the transition. Choose for the rollout you have now, then adjust as the number of managed screens changes.
Contact Veysign to discuss an Enterprise arrangement. The public Pro plan covers up to 50 screens, while a larger deployment may need custom screen volume, a security review, or commercial terms that a published plan cannot express.
