Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Veysign digital signage platform, the Android player application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. Veysign is operated by ZS Cloud Systems (SMC-Private) Limited, a company registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP, registration no. 0330871) and trading as "ZsTechLabs" ("Veysign", "ZsTechLabs", "we", "us"). Our registered address is Premier Mills Road, Nazimabad, Faisalabad, Pakistan.

1. Accounts and organizations

You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for activity under your account. The Service is organized around organizations; the person who creates an organization is its Owner and may invite additional members and assign roles. You are responsible for the actions of members you invite.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• display content that is unlawful, infringing, or violates the rights of others;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; or
• resell or redistribute the Service without written permission.

3. Content ownership

You retain all rights to the media, playlists, and other content you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and distribute that content to your screens solely to operate the Service. You are responsible for holding the rights necessary to display the content you upload.

4. Subscriptions and billing

The Free plan requires no payment. Paid plans are billed through Paddle.com, our payment processor and Merchant of Record, on a monthly or annual basis as selected. New organizations get a 14-day trial that needs no card and costs nothing; choosing a paid plan starts billing immediately, and you can cancel at any time from your billing settings, which stops any further charge and keeps your plan running until the end of the period you have already paid for. Charges you've already made are covered by our Refund Policy. If a payment fails, existing signage continues to play for a grace period while we retry billing; we do not blank an active screen because of a transient billing issue. All prices are quoted in US dollars and exclude any sales tax or VAT, which Paddle calculates and collects at checkout based on your location. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Promotional offers

We sometimes offer promotional terms, such as additional months added to a first annual plan for customers migrating from another digital signage platform. Any such offer is agreed in writing before you subscribe, applies only to the first billing term unless we say otherwise, cannot be combined with another offer, and does not change the cancellation or refund rights described below. If an offer and these Terms disagree, these Terms govern.

6. Service availability

We work to keep the Service available, but it is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted operation. The Android player is designed to keep playing your most recent content during network or platform outages.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription or delete your organization at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms. On termination, we may delete your content after a reasonable retention period.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veysign is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Faisalabad, Pakistan.
