Already running signage elsewhere

Switch without redoing the work

We rebuild your playlists and schedules in Veysign, you pair the screens, and your first annual plan runs two months longer. Most teams moving from a per-screen platform cut what they pay by more than half.

Why teams move

The five complaints we hear most

The bill grows every time you hang a screen

Per-screen pricing means the tenth display costs exactly as much as the first. Veysign includes screens in the plan, so 20 screens on Business is $39 a month in total rather than $140 to $400 depending on the platform.

A second site costs more than it should

Locations are unlimited on every Veysign plan, including Free. Adding a branch, a clinic, or a warehouse changes nothing about what you pay.

Storage limits that interrupt the work

A single ten-minute 1080p file can be a gigabyte. Veysign allows 25 GB on the $9 plan and 500 GB on Pro, so the media library stops being something you manage around.

You find out a screen is dark from a customer

Veysign emails owners and admins when a screen stops checking in, on every plan including Free, rather than reserving alerting for a higher tier.

The screen blanks when the internet does

The player is a native Android app, not a browser in kiosk mode. Each screen caches its playlist locally and keeps playing through an outage, and updates only apply once they have downloaded and verified in full.

Competitor figures are each vendor's own published list rate per screen per month, captured on 1 September 2026. They exclude volume, education and nonprofit discounts, and they exclude free tiers: several of these vendors also offer one or three screens free. Prices change. Check the current rate on the vendor's pricing page before making a decision, and tell us if anything here is out of date.

How the move works

Four steps, and we do the tedious one

  1. Tell us what you are on

Send the platform name, how many screens you run, and roughly how many playlists and schedules you maintain. That is enough for us to say what the migration involves and confirm the switch offer before you pay anything.

  2. We rebuild your content

Export your media and send it over, and we recreate the playlists and schedules inside your Veysign account. You review them in the dashboard before a single screen changes.

  3. Install the player and pair each screen

Install the Veysign player from Google Play on each device, and enter the 6-digit code it displays into the dashboard. Under a minute per screen, no proprietary hardware, no site visit, no manual provisioning.

  4. Run both platforms until you are satisfied

Nothing forces a same-day cutover. Pair a couple of screens first, watch them behave through a normal week including an internet drop, and move the rest when you are ready. Cancel the old subscription last.

Switching questions

What exactly is the switch offer?

We add two extra months to your first annual Veysign plan. An annual term already costs ten months instead of twelve, so a first year that includes the switch offer runs fourteen months for the price of ten. Contact us before you subscribe so the offer can be applied to your account.

Do I have to move every screen at once?

No, and we recommend you do not. Pair two or three screens first and run them alongside your current platform for a week or two. Move the rest when you are confident, and cancel the previous subscription last so there is never a gap.

Can I reuse my existing hardware?

If the device runs Android 9 or newer, usually yes. Veysign runs on Android TV devices, common Android boxes, tablets, and compatible commercial displays, and needs no proprietary player. If your current platform locked you to its own hardware, tell us the model and we will say whether it can be repurposed.

What happens to my media and playlists?

Export the media from your current platform and send it to us with a description of the playlists and schedules you run. We rebuild them in your Veysign account so the structure is already in place when you first sign in. Nothing is migrated automatically between vendors, so this is a hands-on process rather than a button.

How does Veysign compare on price?

Veysign bundles screens rather than billing per screen, so the effective rate falls as you grow: $3.00 per screen on Lite, $2.38 on Starter, $1.95 on Business, and $1.58 on Pro. Published competitor list rates in this category run from $7 to $20 per screen per month. The pricing page has an interactive comparison for your own screen count.

Tell us the platform you are on and how many screens you run. We will come back with what the migration involves, what it would cost, and whether your existing hardware can be reused.
